TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In consideration of this entry, I, for myself, my heirs, devises, executors, administrators and assigns herby waive, release and discharge any current and future claims against Frenchy's and the City of Clearwater or any and all organizations sponsoring or conducting this event, and their employees, representative, or successors, for any and all damages or injuies I may suffer or incur. I hereby grant permission for the free use of my name and picture in any broadcast, brochure or account of this event.
