"The Original" Frenchy's Cafe' opened in 1981. Frenchy, his partner Pete, and their friends worked together creating a restaurant with a casual atmosphere and the freshest seafood possible. They began with a menu loaded with local favorites, that still stands to this day, such as: The Original Grouper Sandwich, famous smoked fish spread, unbeatable Seafood Gumbo, baja tacos and more.
